1:36am

Okay so it's now 1:36 am, and I'm typing away.  Okay well not really typing away, I can't really type that well, should have probably taken typing in high school, didn't. Took anatomy and physiology instead. Didn't think I would need to know how to type and now look at me. I hit the back space button more often than not. And now I'm just staring at the screen. So I registered for this blog cause I read about this couple who was on a plane crash and because the wife wrote a blog on line everyone who read her blog is now auctioning off stuff to help her family with what will be huge medical bills.  I guess the husband was burned over 30% of his body which although I'm sure he is not thinking so right now because of all the pain he is experiencing, he is really lucky. His wife was burned over 80% of her body, this is not good. I forget exactly how they divide up the body, I think each arm is 10% and each leg is 20% but then your trunk is something like 50%. I forget, I should go look it up... wait, I'll be right back... sorry couldn't find the book I was looking for. Regardless, I'm not sure that people who aren't in medicine realize exactly how much of the body 80 percent is, it means that roughly her head and maybe a hand wasn't burned. That's huge, and depending on what thickness the burns are, it can either be excruciatingly painful or not at all. No matter, it's horrible however you look at it.  I just hope that a ton of money is raised because this couple has a very long, expensive road ahead of them. I know that I personally REALLY want that Celtics b-ball, we'll see what it gets up to. I should tell the rest of my family about it, there are a few die hard Celts fans hanging around. My uncle has this picture of Larry Bird, Kevin McHale and Robert Parish and it's signed by all of them hanging in his basement. I told him that he could leave everything else to his kids but because I am his godchild he had to leave that to me, not sure if he bought it or not, and I hope I don't have to find out for a really long time, but we'll see.
Let's see what other random thoughts are there floating around in my head.... I need a new couch, but I'm also going to Vegas in October.... which comes first, but then again there's the dentist visit that I'm going to have to make as well.... and someday I should start looking at property. Does anyone ever have enough money? I wonder? Hmmmm Okay well it's now almost 2 and unless I want to totally ruin tomorrow for being constructive I should probably go to sleep. Oh yeah, I have to look for China Beach and 30 Something on DVD, thanks for the reminder.. big sigh, the cats are dragging something around the dining room, must go investigate before it wakes the roomie.
